Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction: Formulate, execute, and communicate long- and short-term goals aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
• Board Accountability: Report directly to and collaborate with the Board of Directors to represent shareholder interests.
• Executive Leadership: Direct and mentor C-suite executives (such as the CFO, COO, and CTO) and oversee organizational structure.
• Financial & Resource Management: Monitor overall financial health, approve major budgets, manage assets and liabilities, and ensure profitability.
• External Representation: Act as the primary public spokesperson, brand figurehead, and key negotiator for investors, media, customers, and regulatory bodies. Culture & Governance: Uphold company culture, ethical standards, risk management, and legal/regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Typically 7 to 10+ years in senior executive, general management, or board-level leadership roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or economics; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is commonly preferred.
• Core Skills: Financial acumen, strategic vision, decisive problem-solving, high emotional intelligence, and crisis management
